Parvati Crowned Survivor

So yes, I still watch Survivor.  It's one of the few reality shows that I still watch.  And that said, I probably would not have watched this season if it weren't for the "favorites" coming back to battle the fans.  I thought this season was one of the best - lots of twists and turns and devious behavior.  

Remember that one day of photoblogging I missed... well not only did one of the guys make a super kick ass video, but now two of the guys are on TV!  

Bravo TV

I just got home from a Project Runway watch party and no surprise... Christian won!  I absolutely knew he would ... he was so cocky and a total Bitch but has the skills to back that sass up!

He was very lucky too that Victoria Beckham was one of the judges - his collection was all her.  I would not be surprised to see her in one of his designs in the near future.  Good for him I say... just a baby and has a huge career ahead of him.

As for me... I really liked Jillian's collection.  I totally saw her inspiration in each outfit and it was all wearable.  Actually something that a real person would be able to go into a store and buy and look great. 

Well at least on Thursday nights... I'm starting up two new shows tonight.  Survivor and Lipstick Jungle.  I hope they are both good!  Oh and I've been watching Celebrity Apprentice and have to say it's a pretty good one!

Notting Hill T Shirt scene

We all know he T-Shirt scene from Notting Hill where Spike comes down the stairs with a shirt that says "You're the most beautiful woman in the world" and as he heads up the stairs we see that the back reads "Fancy a Fuck?"

Well this morning I caught the movie on USA Network and I wondered how they would handle this scene well, they somehow edited the text on the back of the shirt to say "Let's have sex NOW!"  How funny is that?

The Sopranos: The Complete First Season

I started watching the Soprano's a few seasons into the series but got just as hooked as if I'd been watching from day one.  I feel that I had enough seasons under my belt to really know the characters and etc.  I was a little behind on this final season and of course heard about the ending before I got to watch the final episode.  Spoilers don't do much for me - just makes me wonder more really so it didn't bother me all the chatter the morning after.

Having now watched the last three episodes in a row I was on the edge of my seat for that finale!  There were major "whackings" and great drama building up... then the final episode.  Awful!  I just don't think they wrapped anything up.  Yes, we know a few people are dead but the cut to black with a diner scene??  What is this supposed to leave me thinking?  Tony got whacked? The whole family got whacked?  And spending like two full minutes watching Meadow trying to park???  What on earth did that have to do with anything?????  I thought it was horrible.  They did such a good job right up to this episode then, crap!  I actually liked the concept of cutting to black and letting me decide what happens but I think the story leading up to the cut was just out of place.

I feel so unsatisfied!
